Re:Gen, our youth group, recently spent some time considering plastic waste and its effect on marine wildlife. They created an awesome art installation called Aquarium 2050 in our church’s worship area, to keep us all thinking about the effect our plastic waste has on God’s world.
This is a temporary installation, so catch it while you can!
Did you know that 73% of beach litter is plastic?
The earth is the Lord's, so handle with care:
By 2050 there will be more plastic than fish in the sea:
Trapped fish encouraging us to think about whether we need what we buy, to plan meals and not to buy food we won't use, eat local produce, and save energy on shipping:
