David Harding leads our service and continues our series, 'At your Service'. This is particularly fitting, as we remember those who have given their lives for our freedom. He focuses on the verses in John chapter 15 which talk of the greatest love of all, the sacrificial love displayed by Christ in laying down his life for us.

The Servant King
Nick Hudson27 October 2024 10:30
This Sunday we begin a new series called "At your service". Jesus came to this earth not only to die for us, but to show us how to live. In this series, we will be looking at his life of humility and service, his compassion for those on the margins, and his willingness to put his own needs and safety to one side to follow the will of his Father all the way to the cross. How does Jesus' example inform our own lives? What is God calling us to be and do?
This Sunday Nick reflects on Jesus' life of service, as celebrated in chapter 2 of Paul's letter to the Philippians. We also celebrate communion as we remember his sacrifice for us.
